Shipping policy
Delivery conditions
MO’CYCLE uses Posten Sverige AB for all shipments.
The delivery time depends on the country the merchandise will be shipped to. Normally the delivery time is 3-10 working days.
Freight costs
Shipments within Sweden are FREIGHT FREE, this means that MO’CYCLE pays for all the shipping costs for products delivered in Sweden!
Shipment outside of Sweden will be charged depending on the country the products are shipped to.
Order confirmation
When an order is made you will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation will contain the products you have ordered. Please check your confirmation upon receipt, if you find any faults please contact us immediately so that we can change the order before shipping it.
When the confirmation has been sent to your email we will immediately start packaging the products for shipping. When we have shipped the package you will receive the products at your local pick-up point.
If you do not pick up the products you will be charged 25 EUROS, this is the cost for shipping and administrating the order.
Wrong size?
If you have ordered a product and the size is wrong you can send it back and change the size. You will have to pay for the shipping cost of sending back the product.
